**About The Role** We are seeking a skilled . NET Backend Developer (m/w/d) to join our team at the Gronau headquarters. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems that support various digital platforms, including our hybrid showroom and Händler-App. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. **Qualifications** The ideal candidate should possess a relevant qualification in software development, computer science, or a related field, complemented by practical experience in backend development. **Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, including our hybrid showroom and dealer applications.
• Create and optimize high-performance web APIs using C# and .NET Core frameworks.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain and enhance database systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
