About The Role We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our innovative multibanking platform, a cloud-based web application that handles high-volume financial transactions securely and efficiently. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of software developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and agile coaches to create seamless user experiences and robust backend systems.

Your contributions will directly impact the financial lives of thousands of customers by enabling them to perform transactions smoothly and reliably. Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a passion for building modern banking software that delights users. You should have a solid understanding of working on complex software systems within larger organizations or be eager to gain such experience. Proficiency in frontend development using React and TypeScript is essential, along with backend expertise in Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly microservices architectures on AWS (including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), is highly desirable. You value clean code, test-driven development, and agile methodologies as fundamental to effective software engineering. Fluency in German at C2 level is required for seamless communication within the team and during meetings.

Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our cloud-based multibanking platform, covering both frontend and backend components.

Implement features that prioritize customer needs, ensuring usability, security, and performance in a high-scale environment.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve development processes.

Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.

Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements and new approaches.

Engage in regular communication with team members, stakeholders, and product owners to align development efforts with business goals.
