About The Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Fullstack Software Architect to join our innovative team at TÜV SÜD Digital Service GmbH. In this strategic role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-enabled applications and platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating components that leverage large language models (LLMs) to enable advanced user interactions and automation.

As a key technical leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including solution owners, data scientists, and data engineers, to align technical implementations with business objectives and AI capabilities. You will also mentor junior developers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of professional experience in software development and solution architecture. Proven expertise in modern software engineering principles, including clean code, event-driven systems, and architecture frameworks, is essential. You should have a strong track record in implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, test automation, and designing scalable cloud architectures, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

Proficiency in Python is required, while experience with React, TypeScript, and modern data science methods is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and technical guidance, are crucial, along with excellent communication skills in both German and English. The ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders is vital.

Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions for AI-enabled applications and platforms, including components that leverage large language models to facilitate advanced user interactions and automation. Lead hands-on development efforts by creating reusable components, frameworks, and reference implementations that accelerate delivery and ensure consistency across teams, in line with enterprise quality standards. Conduct code reviews, participate in design workshops, and support architecture alignment across critical and strategic components and initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Solution Owners, Fullstack Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to ensure technical implementations align with business goals and AI capabilities. Mentor and advise other developers by sharing expertise in clean code practices, system design, and modern development techniques to foster a culture of technical excellence. Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and constraints effectively to non-technical stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
