**About The Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team working on the CRM360 platform. In this role, you will take ownership of developing sophisticated features, shaping the technical architecture, and ensuring the stability and security of our platform. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer relationship management systems, enabling us to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as React. Knowledge of Vue. js is a plus. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, optimize system performance, and mentor junior developers. Your contributions will help drive our platform's evolution, ensuring it remains scalable, future-proof, and aligned with the latest technological trends.

**Qualifications**

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack environment.
• Extensive experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks, especially React; experience with Vue.js is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in developing Kafka consumers for processing real-time data streams.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (NoSQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for creating innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservice architectures.

**Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and implement new features for the CRM360 platform, taking responsibility from concept to deployment.
• Contribute to defining the technical vision and architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compatibility with emerging technologies.
• Maintain and optimize existing services and microservices to ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to less experienced developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Participate in agile development processes, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote efficient project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into the platform architecture.
