About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at syte GmbH. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and architecting scalable, high-performance features that serve as the backbone of our innovative platform. Your work will directly impact how real estate professionals experience project development, influencing decisions that shape physical landscapes and urban environments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in developing web applications using React and TypeScript. Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development. Solid understanding of system architecture, scalable design, and performance optimization. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards project challenges. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable features using React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI. Ensure the technical robustness and performance of the platform through rigorous testing and code reviews. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical specifications and implement solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of system design. Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, actively seeking clarification and proposing improvements. Maintain clear documentation of code, architecture, and development processes. Adhere to best practices in software development, prioritizing quality and security. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks early and communicate effectively with the team to mitigate issues.
