About the role

As an Intelligence Officer, you will act as a key bridge between intelligence end users and TRG’s technology.

You will work with customers to understand their intelligence needs, investigative workflows, and operational challenges, and translate them into technological solution architectures using TRG’s capabilities.

A core part of the role is creating the value proposition behind the solution: developing realistic operational and investigative scenarios that demonstrate how TRG’s technology addresses specific end-user needs and delivers tangible operational value.

You will present these solutions directly to customers through demonstrations, POCs, and tailored scenarios, helping customers understand the value of the proposed solution and creating the foundation for the commercial discussion.

What you’ll work on

• Understand intelligence end-user needs and operational challenges and translate them into technological solution architectures.

• Create compelling value propositions and operational scenarios demonstrating how TRG products solve real intelligence challenges.

• Demonstrate the operational value of TRG solutions to end users and help create the foundation for commercial discussions.

• Prepare and deliver product demos, POCs, and investigative scenarios across a multi-layer intelligence platform.

• Work across intelligence disciplines and data sources, including User DB, SIGINT, SOCINT, IMINT, FININT, OSINT, VISINT, and GEOINT.

• Bring intelligence expertise and customer insights into the Intelligence Solutions team.

• Support Sales throughout the pre-sales process with operational and intelligence expertise.

• Collaborate with Product and R&D to communicate customer needs, operational requirements, and field insights.

• Contribute to improving Intelligence Solutions methodologies, demonstrations, scenarios, and best practices.

What we look for

• Professional experience in intelligence investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence agencies, or another relevant investigative environment.

• Strong understanding of intelligence and investigative processes, methodologies, and end-user needs.

• Ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into technology-driven solutions.

• Strong analytical and research capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Comfortable presenting complex solutions and intelligence scenarios to customers and end users.

• Independent, proactive, self-driven, and collaborative.

• Fluent English.

• Genuine enthusiasm for securing better lives and making the world a safer place.

You’ll stand out if you have

• Hands-on experience across one or more intelligence disciplines such as OSINT, SIGINT, SOCINT, IMINT, FININT, VISINT, or GEOINT.

• Previous Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, sales support, or product demonstration experience.

• Experience designing or presenting investigative scenarios, POCs, or intelligence technology solutions.

• Experience working directly with law-enforcement, intelligence, defense, or national-security end users.
