FLAVIA IT-Management GmbH is a medium-sized service provider with a clear focus on its employees. Since 2001, we have specialized in implementing complex IT projects on behalf of our clients. We work throughout Germany on behalf of well-known companies in various innovative technology fields. In addition, we develop our own software products (B2B) and are actively involved in research as a partner in an international consortium.

To provide expert support to our team, we are currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java & Web) (m/f/d).

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a central role in our projects—from conception and architecture to the implementation of modern software solutions. You bring extensive experience in developing complex applications, make technical decisions, and support your team with your expertise, organizational skills, and foresight. • Several years of professional experience (approx.

• Excellent knowledge of Java (e. g.

• Solid experience with modern front-end technologies (e. g. , TypeScript, Angular, React, or Vue.

• Proficiency in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integration architectures

• Good knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e. g.

• Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and modern architectural approaches (e. g.

• Familiarity with container and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e. g.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and, ideally, experience leading technical teams or subprojects

• High standards for quality, a structured and independent work style, and strong problem-solving skills

• Fluency in German and good written and spoken English
