• **Market Development** **:** Identification and acquisition of new customers in the special foundation engineering sector; proactive sales of machinery solutions for pile foundations and diaphragm walls (onshore and offshore applications).
• **Strategic Networking:**Proactive relationship management and networking with key stakeholders across the value chain -- from specialized civil engineering firms to consulting engineering offices.
• **Sales Process Management:**Leading the entire sales cycle from initial market analysis to contract closure, including close coordination with the estimation and technical departments.
• **Trend Scouting:**Early identification of market trends and regulatory changes to ensure an robust and high-value order intake.
• **Reporting:** Regular reporting to our management in Germany regarding sales performance, market penetration, and future project pipelines.

Your credentials as a Business Developer

• **Qualification** **:** University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technical focus.
• **Experience:**Several years of relevant professional experience in Business Development or technical sales, ideally within the special foundation engineering or plant engineering sector.
• **Regional Expertise:** Proven experience in the GCC states and a deep understanding of the local business culture are mandatory.
• **Language Skills:** Business fluency in English (Arabic and/or German is a plus).
• **Personality:** Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently within the Gulf states.
